National Industrial Court in Abuja, dismissed an objection raised by Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), to the testimonial of a witness in a suit an employee challenging termination of his employment.
Mr Abubakar Maigari, the claimant who instituted the suit, is seeking order of the court to declare his dismissal , and against the law payment of his salaries and others.
Adedoyin Adejunmobi, counsels to JAMB, raised an objection while the claimant’s counsel asked a defence with witness, Mr Ahmed Mahmud, a question on if JAMB, had a board when the claimant’s appointment got terminated.
